Crowdfunding projects that finished funding but are still selling
These are the campaigns in Indiegogo’s InDemand phase and Kickstarter’s Late Pledge mode — the funding deadline already passed, but the creators still take orders. For sellers researching products to source, this is the strongest signal you can get from public data:
- 📦 Supply chain is locked. The creator has committed to manufacturing.
- 🚢 Product is close to shipping — many of these will be in customers’ hands within 1-3 months.
- 💰 Real demand, validated. They wouldn’t keep the form open if backers weren’t still buying.
- 📊 Final-amount data available — you see the actual size of the market, not a forecast.

Why this list skews toward Indiegogo
Indiegogo’s platform mechanics actively encourage Late Pledge — campaigns automatically transition into InDemand after the deadline so creators can keep collecting orders. Kickstarter’s Late Pledge is a more recent feature that creators have to opt into manually, so the inventory there is much smaller (0 on KS vs 2467 on IGG today).
For research purposes, this means IGG gives you a much deeper archive of “successful product launches that are still buying-active” — a near-perfect proxy for products with proven demand and committed supply.
